Can I track my delivery?

On every product page you will find estimated delivery times, and once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us that will also contain your tracking information. As soon as your order has been dispatched, this tracking number will then allow you to track your delivery with our courier partners.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS for the order to be processed. After your order has been processed, you can expect to receive your delivery within 10 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS from dispatch. Some of our items may be sent directly from their manufacturer, so if you have ordered a number of different items, your packages may be received on different days from different carriers. You can expect to receive your delivery on time, but there may be circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather, holidays etc. which may cause a slight delay in your order being delivered. Rest assured that you will be able to continuously track the progress of your delivery and if you have any queries you can email us at any time.

Are deliveries being affected by Covid-19?

We are taking every possible step to minimise any disruption caused by the ongoing Covid-19 situation, but as things are changing every day, there may be some slight delays in delivery times which are outside of our control.

What if I want to return or exchange an item?

Please note: In light of the current Covid-19 situation we have extended our returns window from 30 days to 60 days.

We want you to love and enjoy every item you purchase from Mill & Willow. If for any reason you find that the item you have received is not to your liking, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange service. If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can simply contact us via email with your order number and we will send you a return form to complete, with instructions for returning the item. All returned items must be sent within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and completely free from damage. Customers will be responsible for the postage costs of returning any items.

What if I receive an item that is faulty or damaged?

At Mill & Willow we place utmost importance on ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the products they receive. So, if your product happens to arrive faulty or in poor condition, we will have no hesitation in providing you with a replacement or refund. We recommend that you check all items as soon as possible upon delivery and email us with a picture of the damage or fault. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to sort your issue and get back to you with a suitable solution.
